Content: Descriptive section for paper 2 having 50 marks + MSQ-30 + MCQ-20 marks.

3.) 5 – Months Offline Classroom Coaching in CRAFT Delhi, starting from 14th Aug. 2023
Content: Offline campus classes meant mainly for the 2nd and 3rd rounds of practical auditions and interviews.
Duration: 5 days in a week (20 days in a month) x 5 months = 100 days, 2 hours each day
Starting Date: August 14, 2023.
Platform: Classroom on the CRAFT campus in New Delhi.
Days: Monday – Friday
Timing: 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Course Fee: The total fee in lump sum mode is Rs.75,000/. If it is paid in installments, it becomes Rs.80,000/.

More Details :
1.) Online Interactive Classes of 20 days 40 hours starting from 30 days before the exam
Faculty: 2-Different Teachers, Kindly note that 90% of the classes will be conducted in English, and only a few classes may be conducted in Hindi. In the past Sravasti Banerjee, Anirban Banik, Tripurari Sharma have conducted these classes.
Content Covered:-
- In a focused manner, classes would be conducted in a questions and answers format.
- In every class, descriptive questions will be taken by the teacher, and you will be given pointers on how to write answers to them. The last 15-30 minutes of the 2 hours will be devoted to answering individual queries of the students.
- In some of the classes, we would also be discussing previous years’ question papers .
4. Around 5-10 new expected questions for JET-2024 will be discussed in the class based on the pattern of previous years’ question papers, as there is NO syllabus prescribed by the FTII.
2.) Only Recorded Video lectures of the ” Interactive Online Classes”
Kindly note that you will be getting previous years recordings of video lectures of interactive classes held for JET-2019, 2020, and 2021.
3.) 5- Months Offline Classroom Coaching in CRAFT campus Delhi Starting From 14th Aug 2023

What are the additional advantages of joining the classroom coaching programme?
- Please note that this preparation is more focused on the 2nd and 3rd rounds of practical training required to crack this difficult exam.
- “Monologue and Dialogue Exercise” practice would be taken up for the final round of FTII Interview and Orientation.
- For the domain-specific descriptive section of 80 marks, you may also discuss your doubts with 10 different teachers who will be coming to conduct practical classes.
- Please note carefully that most of these teachers will be different from the ones who will be doing online classes for 2 days and 4 hours on Zoom or Google Meet .
- Important 100 films will be given to the students in .avi format to be watched during the course from the Actors’ Performance POV, which will help you understand actors’ performances, which is one regular question in the examination. (Hard Disk will have to be provided to us by the students).
- A wide variety of teachers will cover different aspects of acting in these {100 days 200 hours ( 20 x 5 months )} classes on topics that will not only help you crack the 2nd and final round of FTII selection but also help you become a good actor. These teachers are former NSD graduates who are acting practitioners and have teaching experience.
- Word file notes of the theory content taught in the class will be given to you, which will help you in writing better answers in the exam.
- You will also get additional 10 days – 20 hours online classes for acting to cover MCQs and the descriptive section.
- Library access is available for more than 20 special books on acting that are not available as PDF files on the internet.
- Pdf files of 50 important books “Specially on Acting “, other than those that are available in the library, will be given to the students .
- You will be part of this Online ” Interactive Classes” of 20 days and 40 hours starting from November 1, 2023.
- Classroom Coaching students will also get access to 80-acting “Online video lectures” and 30 lectures on MCQs. Course Fee: The total fee in lump sum mode is Rs.75,000/. If it is paid in installments, it becomes Rs.80,000/. The first installment is 50% of the total fee at the time of submitting the admission form.
1) 25% as 2nd installment, to be paid on September 15, 2023
2) Balance 25% as 3rd installment, to be paid on October 15, 2023.
Students who opt for the installment mode need to deposit the “Post Dated Cheques” (PDC) of the above dates at the time of joining.
Hostel Facilities:
We don’t have a hostel, but our student coordinator will help you find economical accommodation within walking distance of the institute. It saves travelling time and money. Generally, rooms cost between Rs. 5000/- and 6000/- per month for boys, which, on a sharing basis, costs around Rs. 3,000/- per month. A food joint is nearby CRAFT, where most of the students have their lunch and dinner. PG accommodation for the girl candidates costs around Rs. 8000/- to 10,000/- per month, including food.
Important Information related to the selection process in FTII.
- a) After the written exam, 75-80 students are normally called for 20- 25 minutes of performance oriented interaction on a specific “Date and Time” in front of a panel consisting of three experts.
- b) There, you are required to perform two monologues, one given by FTII and one to be selected by yourself in Hindi or English, different for boys and girls. Out of this round, 35 students are selected for the final interview round in FTII for the selection of 10 seats.
- c) The second round is conducted in NSD for North Indian students, and for South Indian students, it is conducted in Pune, FTII.
d.) Due to COVID, the last two times Audition + “Interview and Orientation” was held online. Students who will qualify for the written exam, will be providing guidance on how to crack the final round.
